LOGIC_BLOCKS

Logic Blocks.

MEOS assembles term sheets and structures from reusable logic blocks. Each block encodes a specific commercial, legal, or operational pattern that has been tested against reality.

BLOCK_TYPES

Block Types

Logic blocks are grouped into categories that mirror how a bankable structure is built.

  • • Counterparty & Credit Blocks
  • • Tariff & Indexation Blocks
  • • Volume & Profile Blocks
  • • Security & Indemnity Blocks
  • • Regulatory & Compliance Blocks
EXAMPLE

Example Block

A simplified illustration of how a tariff logic block might be represented inside MEOS.

Block_ID: TARIFF_INDEXATION_01
Type: Tariff & Indexation
Trigger: CPI_Change > Threshold
Logic:
  if CPI_Change >= 6% then
    Tariff_Adjustment = CPI_Change - 1%
  else
    Tariff_Adjustment = CPI_Change
Output: Adjusted_Tariff_Path
ASSEMBLY

Assembly Logic

The Proposal Hub selects and assembles blocks based on project attributes, counterparty profile, and governance constraints.

  • • Input: Entity type, grid context, tariff environment
  • • Filter: Applicable blocks by jurisdiction and mandate
  • • Compose: Ordered sequence of logic blocks
  • • Output: Draft Heads of Terms
DISCIPLINE

Why Blocks Matter

Logic blocks prevent bespoke chaos. They ensure that every structure is built from components that have already been interrogated by governance, credit, and operational reality.
